Charting Florida Arts Promotions and Chart History

The Winter 2010 cover was my all-time favorite cover after publishing for five years starting in 2005. In 2010, 13 years ago, Chart magazine with the Chart art gallery was based in Winter Park. Chart was actively creating charity fundraiser art shows with artists in Winter Park, Palm Beach and Naples, with the intentions of promoting statewide in affluent coastal communities. The diver on the cover with the big grouper coming up to read Chart mag waterproofed in a Baggie, represented the Sarasota charity The Florida Aquarium. This issue also featured an ongoing collaboration with me as an author and the Chartists as my book illustrators. Using my books as the creative basis, I layered music composition with Rollins and UCF music and theater programs, and filmmaking with Florida Film Festival members for collaborative projects that I featured in the magazine and online. 2010 was a magical time when Chart’s creativity was flowing harmoniously around the Florida peninsula.

Chart re-invented covering just Palm Beach island in 2018 and now is creating the sixth annual issue with related online promotions and charity and arts events.

The Palm Beach annual issue format leaves time for me as an author, ghostwriter and marketer to pursue other interests.

For now, I’m creating the current issue with a goal of creating my newest favorite cover. Want to be included in this issue? There are still a few weeks to save space. Let’s talk!
