3-D and 3 Me. I wish there were three of me so I could attend all of the interesting arts experiences in Palm Beach in season! I start with events that are supported by sponsored Charticles in my magazine in print and/or online. For example, Jennifer Balcos Gallery on South County Road in Palm Beach hosted a lively Meet and Greet for Artist Kaiser Suidan with his colorful small 3-D sculptural pieces on Jan. 25. Simultaneously during the Art Palm Beach week at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, many of the local Palm Beach galleries welcomed art collectors to their venues with intriguing events. For Chart, I cover for my online postings for the sponsors of Charticles. Chart page sponsorships really are a great value. I’ve had an ad agency for 32 years, and ran a large multi-million-dollar ad agency prior to that. I fully understand marketing and advertising. I’ve produced more TV commercials than I’ve created pages in Chart for example. I created the Chart promotion 18 years ago in 2005 to serve clients serving the luxury market with more than just print ads. I both attend and create events and take photos to then give sponsors mentions online. I generally make introductions to help sponsors achieve their goals of the Charticle. It’s not just a page in a magazine or a post online. A Charticle is a collaboration with a seasoned marketing director who can create any public impression in any medium. I signed up for an online philosophy class for fun. The information so far has not been new to me. I am an aware spiritual being who came into the world this way. The tutor used an example of the sensation of letting go of a leaf. I WROTE THE BOOK in 2008, literally. At the time, I would have the Chartists in my art gallery create illustrations for books that I would write for our quarterly themes for the magazine. It all tied in together cohesively where I promoted collaboratively all the creative people around me including me as an author. That fall of 2008, I wrote the book “Lessons from a Falling Leaf” with a page “Let Go Gently”. I later let go of Chart after ten years in Winter Park after getting cyber stalked in Palm Beach, and started again in 2017 in Palm Beach with an annual issue, that was manageable without an office or staff or art gallery, to promote charities and arts on the island.
I still am inspired and write about nature. Flowers became the characters in my fall 2023 book, “Freedom for Flowers, The Secrets to Peace and Joy and Love Revealed by a Butterfly and Botanicals.” This book is a metaphor of American society today.
I love to write to inspire others whether for my own books, ghostwriting for others, or Charticles in Chart magazine. I love to collaborate and promote people that I respect and admire. Publisher Note, 020224 My Groundhog Day
My Groundhog Day. By Casey Tennyson. 18 years of Chart magazine, 10 years combined with an art gallery in Winter Park, now 7 years in Palm Beach. 32 years of my ad agency Cutting Edge Communications. 40 years in the ad biz as a marketing director or ad agency owner. 6 books so far, can’t wait to do more (time). Several books for ghostwriting clients. Hundreds of TV commercials and corporate videos on my reel. More radio commercials than TV commercials produced. Multi-Millions of dollars of media budgets placed. Lots of film and book ideas. Unlimited creative ideas in general. 2 grown children I adore and admire. A lifetime of appreciation of our American way of life and our freedoms. (My family members were among the first families to settle in America as early politicians, and founders of churches and a college.) Many years in awe of God’s grace and blessings. Every day filled with gratitude. Most days filled with joy, because no life is free from pain and hurt. Here I go again! Groundhog Day!
