Four generations of the Ruggeri family have shaped a century of BiCE. Founded in 1926 in Milan by Beatrice “Bice” Ruggeri, her vision continues through her family today. The BiCE restaurant on Worth Avenue has welcomed guests since the early 1990s and is the longest continually running BiCE in the US. In recent years BiCE Group added Salute Ristorante in Palm Beach and Cafe Med in West Palm Beach, all with the same timeless Italian hospitality and exceptional attention to detail.
