Bice Restaurant Group CEO Raffaele Ruggeri manages the global restaurant group started by his grandmother in 1926 in Milan. The restauranteur moved with his family in 2023 to be more involved with the Palm Beach location. His wife Janet now customizes event experiences giving personalized attention to details to grow the events booked at the buzzy 31-year restaurant location. The nearly century-old establishment welcomes each guest as though people are coming into their home to dine. Palm Beachers frequent Bice in Via Bice off of Worth Avenue for top-level friendly customer service and also the time-tested menu for lunch, happy hour and dinner.
