Charticle on Busch Wildlife Sanctuary

Amy Kight knew from a young age that she wanted to work with animals. She began volunteering at age six with a veterinarian. After over 20 years at Busch Wildlife Sanctuary in Jupiter Farms, Florida in many roles, she is now the Executive Director. At the Sanctuary sick and injured wild animals are rescued, rehabilitated and released. Some animals not able to live in the wild become resident animal ambassadors to educate the public about wildlife conservation. The 20-acre facility opened in 2023 and offers numerous opportunities to connect with their mission. www.buschwildlife.org .
