Barbara Gilbert is highly qualified to advise nonprofits, family offices, high net worth individuals, philanthropists and businesses with extensive experience in finance and philanthropy. In markets on the east coast, she has led capital campaigns for legacy projects such as The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts for the Philadelphia Orchestra, Mizner Center Amphitheater in Boca, and others. She continues to be active as a philanthropist herself while advising others. She has served on the Women’s Leadership Board of the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, Thomas Jefferson Hospital Women’s Board, The Easter Seals Board in West Palm Beach, The Arthur Ashe Board, The Rock School of Ballet Board, the Historic Preservation Association of Coral Gables, The Brooke USA Board and currently serves on the Big Dog Ranch Rescue Board and The Barry Business School Board. She served on the Heart Ball Committee in Palm Beach, was the Chairman of Kid Sanctuary Gala and Chaired the Kentucky Derby Gala for Easter Seals and Tri County Animal Shelter. Barbara sits on the development Board of Palm Beach Symphony and the Gala Committee for Catholic charities. Most recently she has been chosen as Co-Chair for the Place of Hope Planned Giving Committee.
