Aet Paaro earned a BA in Fine Art at Stony Brook University. Afterwards in the 1980s in Soho, she learned how world-class artists think and work, especially through adversity. She learned how to unite the power of composition and narrative with the physicality of paint and the emotional meaning of gesture and color. Her art is in many private and public collections in the U.S. including IBM, Reader’s Digest, King World and Stony Brook University. Aet’s work has been exhibited in many shows including solo shows in New York and Florida. Her focus now is on commissions for portraits.
